Its emphasis is framed in a positive vision of mental health that permeates all the spheres of people's lives, where the individual-society relationship becomes essential, recognizing the influence of the social and cultural context and the interpersonal relations in the construction of identity and in the configuration of the history of life; aspects that serve the bio-psychosocial wellbeing of each person. 

The manner in which the personal dimension is approached is upon favoring the re-signifying of the narrations with which every person interprets his or her life experience and that sometimes cause psychological distress and difficulties for proper development in the civil context. Likewise, it seeks to strengthen interpersonal and sociogroup bonds, taking into account the importance of these in the promotion of the quality of life of the people undergoing a Reintegration Process.
