After recognizing the strong impact of an armed conflict on the physical, mental and social health of individuals, as well as the relevance of an adequate health status for the development of the life project of any person, the Personal Dimension, the need to coordinate the actions carried out in the Reintegration Process with the activities of other entities that have in their competence to ensure the promotion of health and the prevention of diseases in the Colombian population arises. 

In this scenario, the development of the Health Dimension is related to the enabling of the access to the General System of Social Security (Health) and the sensitizing of the population regarding the importance of both the person going through a Reintegration Process and their family group accessing the health services available in their context, that allow them to maintain an adequate state of health, receive the specialized attention when they require it, as well as to favor the acquisition of healthy habits of life.
