The Reincorporation Program of the former members of the FARC is currently being designed within the framework of the National Reincorporation Council (CNR, for its Spanish acronym), in accordance with the results of the socioeconomic census carried out by the National University of Colombia with the purpose of providing the information required to facilitate the process of integral reincorporation of the FARC-EP, according to section 3.2.2.6 of the Final Agreement, in order to meet the needs and expectations of the members of the FARC-EP. However, the National Reincorporation Council (CNR) has built a group of actions and initiatives called Early Reincorporation.

In this sense, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 1274 of 2017, from August 16, 2017 - date of completion of the Transitory Normalization Zones (ZVTN) and Temporary Normalization Points (PTN) and until December 31st, 2017, early activities are being carried out to facilitate the adaptability of the members of the FARC - EP into civil life, in the following areas: i) Integral Well-being: Health - Psychosocial Support and Retirement Funds; ii) Academic Training; iii) Training for Work / Productive; iv) Artistic, cultural, sports initiatives; v) Community Actions. 

CNR - as previously stated - is building and designing the long-term Reincorporation Program, whose implementation started on January 1, 2018.

In accordance with the above, the  Reincorporation and Normalization Agency (ARN) has presence in the Territorial Normalization and Reincorporation Spaces through 2 to 4 facilitators for each ETCR, who are in charge of the implementation of the aforementioned Early Reincorporation Program of former combatants of the FARC-EP by providing collective attention to them.
