Systems Engineer with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and studies in Top Management and Strategic Information Management. She has worked as Systems Chief and National Testing Service Director at ICFES. Upon her work in this entity, she supported the arrival of the Internet in Colombia. She also held a position as a Computing Manager at the Rosario University, Advisor and Consultant for private companies, and Computing Chief at the National Planning Department. In addition, she was the Technical Secretary of the Investments Sub-Committee, Technical Committee and technical support for COINFO.
