Business Administrator, with a specialization course in International Relations graduated from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. She served at the Attorney General's Office for over six years.

Salazar Espinoza also served as Advisor in the Senior Council for the Social and Economic Reintegration of People and Armed Groups. She joined ARN in January 2012 as Adviser in the Shared Responsibility Group until June 2019.


She currently serves as an Advisor to Director General.
