A land; a dream, an opportunity, a future
'Desde La Raíz' – From the Roots Up is an opportunity for those who laid down their arms and bet on entrepreneurship to showcase and commercialize products and services at the national level. In addition to preserving the roots from their regions, this initiative epitomizes ex-combatants' effort, footprint and drive to move forward.
We highlight the origin of the ex-combatant population upon the basis of their accumulated experiences, which define who they are now through their products. This initiative goes above and beyond mere consumption and becomes a commitment to the country and its roots, to become 'Facts with History' .
PROJECTS AND PRODUCTIVE INITIATIVES OF EX-COMBATANTS
It is a strategy of the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) which undertakes to support and promote the initiatives and productive projects of the ex-combatant population in reintegration and reincorporation processes, in order for them to effectively and visibly market their products through digital platforms.
These stories come from every corner of Colombia; they are strengthened in the ancestral roots, love for their craft, their desire to move forward and to foster entrepreneurship. It is a wide range of products from across the country, thus leaving a mark in the history of new opportunities for those who laid down their arms and currently bet on legality.
