Social Service is a fundamental component of the Reintegration Route where the people who demobilized from Organized Illegal Armed Groups and that are undergoing their process with the Colombian Agency for Reintegration (ACR), contribute with their time and work in actions that benefit the communities.
Why social service?
This community work seeks to generate spaces for reconciliation between the demobilized people and the community in order to improve the quality of life of those who welcome the people who are being reintegrated.
Who certifies the service?
ACR certifies the service through the monitoring of its own and third party programs, where each of the commitments of the people going through the Reintegration Process are assessed.
Who can propose social service alternatives?
The demobilized people who identify needs of their communities and ACR through its own ideas that are agreed with the community.
