Community Reintegration aims at building relationships among the community in a contextualized way and between participants going through a Reintegration Process and their host communities, as well as between these communities and the local institutions, in order to promote spaces for coexistence, reconciliation and prevention of the recruitment of Children, Adolescents and Young Adults (CAY).

To achieve this goal, ACR is in charge of strengthening the spaces for the encounter of social parties around the deliberation of public affairs that allow the reconstruction of trust between the members of the communities and the State. ACR also promotes the construction of agreements and citizenship within a culture of legality that facilitate reconciliation scenarios. Likewise, the risk and protection factors related to the recruitment and use of CAY in the family, community and institutional contexts are made visible.
