Computer Engineer with a grad degree in Business Administration. She has served as Head of Systems and Director of ICFES Institute – National Testing Service. From her position in this agency, Ramírez Vélez supported the arrival of Internet in Colombia. Ramírez Vélez has also served as IT Manager at Universidad del Rosario; Advisor and Consultant to private companies and Chief of Informatics of the National Planning Department. In addition, she served as the Technical Secretary of the Investment Subcommittee, under the Technical Committee and technical support of COINFO. She has been with ARN as Head of the Information Technology Office since January 13, 2015.
